Since 1982, Sumware in NJ has done computer consulting specializing in PC
applications, particularly integration of data bases, spreadsheet and word processing.
Being tone deaf and "artistically challenged", I express my creative talents designing web sites for non-profits and friends such as
Irving Amen a wonderful artist who
did my portrait many (many) years ago
Ziv Tzedakah fund (learn how to be a
Mitzvah Hero, or what one is)
Simply
Grazin' Organic Chicken and Beef
Coffee
with Conscience monthly acoustic & folk concerts in Westfield,
Springfield, Summit and Watchung with goodies and marvelous coffee
supplied by Ahrre Coffee rosters of
Westfield
and tennis clubThese sites are constantly getting better. Check 'em out
often.
As well as being a professor, computer consultant and web site designer, I take
care of my family. My husband Howard workis a computer consultant.
My children are:
Adam, who graduated from Carnegie Mellon
University (with his masters!) is now working for NBC. In high school he was a professional
magician (magic
is a family hobby) and part-time computer consultant.
Noah is a children's software
edutainment guru. He just made is own
site and you can too at Tripod.com.
I put together
a site of safe
and fun sites for him to use as his home page. Noah attended SIG, the Summer Institute for the Gifted at Drew University in Madison, NJ
where I taught
Gifted and Talented Kids. See the
snowcouple we built this Presidents' Day.
We visited Washington DC the last week in July ..see our photos. See other photos of of family.
I have a page for my suggestions for fun and educational things to do around Watchung for children and their parents. I also investigated keeping kids safe on the Net. I am research thinking on how kids and adults learn. In my spare time, I tend colorful marine fish and invertebrates and our club's site, Windows to the Sea. Use web pages to plan trips to Cayman and Carolina (last Feb) and Ireland/Germany (March). I've also been know to dabble in the stock market.
I hope you'll give me some feedback, come back again and tell others.
